Jest pierwszym, certyfikowanym w Polsce produktem spełniającym wymagania zmiennej penetracji w czasie. Wymagania te zawarte są w formalnym projekcie normy EN 143:2000, która opisuje metodykę badań dotyczącą normy EN 149:2001. Półmaski badane są dwoma rodzajami aerozolu tj. aerozolem chlorku sodu i mgłą oleju parafinowego w czasie trzech minut. Większość półmasek filtrujących dostępnych na rynku była badana tą samą metodą jednak wyjątkowość półmaski FS-30V FFP3 D polega na wytrzymaniu testu godzinnego (mgłą oleju parafinowego), po którym nie traci swoich właściwości ochronnych. Mgła oleju parafinowego działa bardzo destrukcyjnie na materiał filtracyjny używany do produkcji półmasek. Wytrzymanie przez półmaskę długiego testu oraz spełnienie pozostałych wymagań normy oznacza wysoką jakość produktu Nowa metoda badań ma również znaczenie dla użytkownika. Podnosi ona bowiem wymagania dla produktów, a co za tym idzie podnosi bezpieczeństwo na stanowiskach pracy. Wydawać by się mogło, że wraz ze wzrostem skuteczności filtracji muszą wzrosnąć opory przepływu powietrza. Jednak, w zgłaszanej do konkursu półmasce filtrującej udało się utrzymać opory przepływu powietrza na stosunkowo niskim poziomie co ma znaczny wpływ na komfort pracy użytkownika.
Zastosowanie: Duże stężenie pyłów respirabilnych, stosować przy spawaniu i lutowaniu, chroni przed pyłami zawierającymi beryl, antymon, arsen, kadm, kobalt, nikiel, rad, strychninę, cząstki radioaktywne.
Dodatkowe zalety: Zastosowany zawór wydechowy pozwala na swobodniejsze pozbycie się nadmiaru pary wodnej i dwutlenku węgla spod czaszy półmaski poprawiając w ten sposób komfort pracy użytkownika oraz przedłużając jej żywotność.
Służy: Do ochrony dróg oddechowych przed pyłami, aerozolami cząstek stałych i aerozolami ciekłymi do 30 x NDS.

FS-30V FFP3 D respirator was awarded with GRAND PRIX SAWO'2006 in Poznań.
It is the first certified Polish product that complies with the requirements of variable penetration in time. The requirements are included in the formal draft standard EN 143:2000 that describes the methodology of tests related to EN 149:2001. Respirators are tested by two types of aerosol, i.e. sodium chloride aerosol and paraffin oil mist in three minutes. Most of the filtering respirators available in the market have been tested with the same method; however, FS-30V FFP3 D respirator is unique because it sustains an hour-long test (with paraffin oil mist) in which it does not lose its protective properties. Paraffin oil mist is highly destructive for the filtering material used in respirator production. The fact that the respirator has sustained such a long test and complied other requirements of the standard proves the high quality of the product. The new testing method is also considerably important for users because it expands requirements for products and, in consequence, increases safety in working places. It may seem that resistance of airflow has to rise together with the filtration effectiveness. Nevertheless, the filtrating respirator that has entered the contest has succeeded in maintaining resistance of airflow on relatively low level, which ensures comfort of work.
Application: high concentration of breathable dusts, used during welding and soldering, protects from dusts containing beryllium, antimony, arsenic, cadmium, cobalt, nickel, radium, strychnine, radioactive particles.
Additional advantages: the exhaust valves allows to get rid off the excess of steam and carbon dioxide from the respiratory cup. It improves the comfort of user work and extends a respiratory life.
Useful: for protection the respiratory tract against dusts, solid particles aerosols and liquid aerosols to 30 x PAC.
Composition: FS-30V FFP3 D respirators is fully made of Polish raw materials, can be packed in a variety of ways, as requested by customers.

Die Mundmaske FS-30V FFP3 D wurde auf der GRAND PRIX SAWO'2006 in Poznań ausgezeichnet.
Sie ist das erste Produkt mit einem Zertikikat in Polen, das die Bedingungen der zeitlich verändbaren Erschließung erfüllt. Die Bedingungen werden durch die Norm EN 143:2000, die die Forschungsmetodik der Norm EN 149:2001 beschreibt. Mundmasken werden auf zwei Weisen getestet, einmal mit zwei Aerosolsorten das ist chlorid-natrium und mit einer Nebel von Parafinöl in der Zeit von drei Minuten. Die meisten erhältlichen Mundmasken wurden auf diese Weise getestet, was die Mundmaske FS-30V FFP3 D von den anderen erältlichen unterscheidet ist die Tatsache das sie während des Tests mit der Parafinölnebel eine Stunde durchhält und danach ihren Schutz nicht verliert. Es bedeutet also, dass die Mundmaske eine Qualitäts- ware ist, vor allem hat es eine sehr große Bedeutung für den Nutzer der Mundmaske. Man könnte sich denken, dass durch die große Filtration der Widerstand in der Luftzirkulation größer wird. Bei dieser Mundmaske ist das nicht der Fall.
Anwendung: Hohe Konzentrationen von Atemstäuben, beim Schweißen und Löten, schützt vor Stäuben, die folgende Substanzen beinhalten: Beryllium, Stybium, Arsen, Kadmium, Kobalt, Nickel, Radium, Strychnin, radioaktive Teilchen.
Zusätzliche Vorzüge: Die angewendete Klappe zum Ausatmen erlaubt auf das freiere Loswerden des Überfluss des Wasserdampfes und des Kohlendioxides hervor der Schale. Die auf diese Art verbessert die Behaglichkeit der Arbeit des Nutznießers und verlängernd die Lebensfähigkeit
Dient: Zu dem Schutz der Atemwege vor den Stäuben, mit den Aerosolen der Teilchen der Konstanten und mit flüssigen Aerosolen zu 30 x HZK.
Satz: Die Mundmaske FS-30V FFP3 D wir ganz aus polnischen Stoffen hergestellt. Die Mundmaske kann verschieden verpackt werden.
